Per Governor Whitmer’s Executive Order of 3/23/20, we will be instituting the following changes:
Beginning Tuesday, March 24th, we will shorten our hours from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday-Friday, and we will be closed on Saturday and Sunday. We will be available for emergencies after hours as we always have been. You can reach Dr. Brauer by calling his emergency line at 920-264-9122.
During the reduced hours of operation, we will only be seeing appointments and surgeries that are medically necessary. We will be scheduling/rescheduling routine vaccines and wellness checks during this time, along with nail trims, elective surgeries which includes spays/neuters and routine dentals.
For those that do have to come in, we urge you to stay in your vehicle, call when you arrive and we will assist you in checking in with your pet. We are asking clients that are picking up prescription medications and foods to please call ahead of time and upon arrival, please stay in your vehicle and someone will bring your products to you accordingly.
